The news is becoming increasingly important for everyone, but it can be hard to find time to read up during your busy day. I tend to get my news in the morning with NPR’s Up First, a quick 10-minute update on the most important stories of the day. Updated daily (and usually available before you even wake up), you tend to get about three stories from NPR journalists, and the hosts bring in correspondents on the topics being discussed.
As of this writing, Up First is number 63 on Apple’s Top 100 US Podcasts. After giving it a try, I felt it was much easier to stay informed and become more knowledgeable on world events.
