We’re going to switch up the cadence a little bit, at least for the time being! Now that we’re up and going, bi-weekly issues seem to be the current best fit! We’ve got a theme for this issue: Art from Japan. We’ll kick it off with an all-time great: Spirited Away. It’s award-winning, it’s beautiful, and it’s worth your time.

Up next, if you still need something to watch, is jazzy space western Cowboy Bebop. It’s fun, and it’s a series so you can take it piece by piece.

If you need something to read on the train (Japan reference), check out light sci-fi novel All You Need Is Kill for a hot take on the Groundhog Day concept.

Finally, a cult classic game series oozing with atmosphere, Shenmue I and II! This week’s issue features a review by returning contributor Ryan Kerr.

Have a great week!
